● optimization of communications, security, and computation in distributed and resource-constrained architectures;
● distributed hypothesis testing and statistical inference in 6G networks;
● source coding and distributed information compression, including authentication-related aspects;
● caching strategies and distributed data management, including security aspects.
Activity
Context :
The positions focus on the study of problems related to distributed information processing in communication networks and decentralized systems, with potential applications to edge computing. The postdoctoral researchers / research engineers will join the WP3 of the FOUNDS project.
Research program :
1. Conduct a literature review on the most recent methods.
2. Develop distributed solutions for communications, security, and computation.
3. In addition, energy efficiency and data privacy will also be taken into account through multi-objective optimization problems.
