Missions

The role expected by the Post-Doc is to allow advances in the field of the relationship between sequence, structure, function of RNA riboswitches, through statistical physics models, data analysis and exchanges and collaborations with our experimental colleagues of the team of B. Sargueuil (Paris Descartes)

The recruited Post Doc will have the following tasks to perform
-Theoretical research
-Study of the literature
-Participation in conferences and seminars
-Disclosure of scientific research

Skills

Skills in the following areas are expected:
-Methods and models of statistical mechanics of disordered systems
-Model inference from data
-Machine learning
-Numerical simulations

Work Context
