The postdoc will be responsible for establishing spatio-temporal stimulation protocols making it possible to control the structure of synaptic connections in a population of neurons according to given plasticity rules. We will use approximate analytical methods (path integral, semi-classical approximation, ...) as well as methods from machine learning (reinforcement learning). These methods will be validated in silico and compared to the experiments carried out within the framework of the European NeuCHiP project.
