Job Description
Missions
This project will combine data analysis and method development, integrating statistical inference, machine learning, and population genetics. We will develop advanced computational methods to characterize the functioning of T- and B-cell repertoires. The goal is to build predictive models of immune responses.
Activity
Develop advanced and innovative machine learning methodologies and analyze data.
Your Profil
Skills
Extensive expertise in developing computational models and machine learning methods, as well as experience in repertoire data analysis.
Your Work Environment
The postdoctoral researcher will join the groups of T. Mora and A. Walczak, whose research addresses various questions in theoretical biophysics, as well as the broader biophysics community at LPENS and the qbio institute at ENS.
