Job Description

Missions

The project will combine data analysis with method development, integrating statistical inference, machine learning and population genetics. We will develop advanced computational methods to describe how T and B cell repertoires function. The goal is to develop predictive models of response.

Activity

Develop advanced and novel machine learning methodology and analyse data.

Your Profil

Skills

Extremely strong expertise in computational model development and machine learning as well as experience in repertoire data analysis.

Your Work Environment

The post-doc will work in the group of T. Mora and A. Walczak that works on various questions of theoretical biophysics, as well as in the broader biophysics groups at LPENS and at the ENS bio institute.
