Missions

The goal of this project is to synthesize a series of MOFs, evaluate their gas sorption properties in order to get high quality data in order to establish Machine Learning predictive tools

Activities

Synthesis and characterization of Metal Organic Frameworks in tandem with specialists of gas sorption and modelling experts that develop Artificial Intelligence tools.

Skills

Expertise in the hydro/solvothermal synthesis of MOFs as well as their advanced structural and physico-chemical characterizations (PXRD, gas sorption…).

Work Context

Within the frame of the national PEPR DIADEM priority project dedicated to the accelerated discovery of new materials (https://www.cnrs.fr/en/node/6848), in collaboration with experts in modelling, Dr. FX Coudert (Paris) and specialists of gas sorption from CEA Marcoule (Dr. D. Meyer et al).
