Missions
Build and operate a Two-Photon absorption Laser-induced fluorescence (TALIF) setup. Operate a microwave-ECR plasma source at low pressure. Measure absolute atom (O, H, N) densities as a function of plasma operating parameters. Compare to vacuum ultraviolet absorption measurements made at LPSC Grenoble. Interpret the results, write publications.

Contexte de travail
This project is part of the ANR viaGRA project, in collaboration with LTM and LPSC (Grenoble). At LPP we will characterise the atom fluxes produced by a microwave ECR plasma reactor in O2, H2 or N2. An identical reactor in Grenoble will be used to modify graphene and Graphene-Oxide surfaces.
