Experimental optics. Spatial and temporal alignment of femtosecond laser beams. Metrology of a multiphoton microscopy. Implementation of a spatial light modulator (SLM). Image acquisition on biological material (zebrafish embryos). Image analysis. Numerical simulations. Preparation of figures for publication.
Skills
Knowledge Doctorate in optics. Experience in instrumental optics and three-photon microscopy
Know-how Alignment of femtoscopic lasers. Metrology of scanning probe microscopes. Mounting of zebrafish embryos for microscopic observation. Image analysis. Software FIJI, Matlab, Excel.

Work Context
The laboratory is developing a platform for deep microscopy of opaque biological tissues using multi-beam 3-photon excitation. The researcher specialized in multiphoton microscopy will be in charge of finalizing this platform for multibeam imaging, and performing its metrology.
