Job Description
Missions
The Institut des Nano Sciences de Paris and the Institut Parisien de Chimie Moléculaire of Sorbonne Université work together to the fabrication and caracterisation of molecular quantum systems in order to get optically adressable quantum systems. This work is performed in the frame of the ANR project Magden. The post doc reseracher will be based at INSP and will achieve electron spin resonance measurements and will build a new set up to optically detect the magnetic resonance of the magnetic dendrimers.
Activity
- Measurements by continuous wave electron spin resonance
- Set up of a new optical detection of the magnetic resonance in the infra red domain
- Drafting of scientific articles in order to publish in international reviews
- Supervision of interns
Your Profil
Skills
- PhD in experimental Physics
- Ability to conduct a research project independently
- Ability in writing scientific papers and presenting work in seminars
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Good academic proficiency in English
- Expertise in optics, preferably in the infra red domain
- Desirable skill : Basic knowledge of electron paramagnetic resonance
- Desirable skills : programming (Python) and interfacing experimental devices
Your Work Environment
The post doc researcher will work at the Institut des Nano Sciences de Paris at Sorbonne Université (Paris 05), in the team CONFID (COuches Nanométriques Formation Interfaces Défauts).
