The post-doc will develop and characterize photopolymers for micro-nanofabrication purposes in the context of photonics applications.
- Formulation of photopolymers with specific properties (wavelength, optical properties)
- Characterization of the physico-chemical properties of these formulations (spectroscopy, polymerization threshold)
- Application to photochemical micro-nanofabrication using different experimental configurations (optical fiber, near optical field)
- Characterization of micro-nanostructures (spectroscopy, microscopy)
-Basic formation in physics and physical chemistry.
Expertise in spectroscopy, optical instrumentation, photophysics and photochemistry.
The thesis work will be carried out at the IS2M.
The Institute of Materials Science of Mulhouse (IS2M) is a joint research unit CNRS-University of Haute-Alsace (UMR 7361). This work will be carried out within the framework of the activities of the PHOTON team of IS2M which develops materials and processes for photo-induced micro-nanofabrication for applications in the field of optics, photonics and sensors. All the techniques of the team will be available for the realization of the thesis.
All the experimental techniques at IS2M (www.is2m.uha.fr) can be used for this project depending on the required characterizations.
