Missions

- Plan the project and experiments, carry out the experiments and compile the results - - Present the results internally -
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of approaches and techniques for developing therapeutic oligonucleotides

Activities

- Synthesis of antisense oligonucleotides and characterisation of reaction products by HPLC-UV and UPLC-MS/MS -
Drafting of reports presenting intermediate and final results.
- Participation in laboratory activities: joint tasks, in-house training in the techniques developed.

Skills

Knowledge : - Development of therapeutic oligonucleotides Skills: - Design and implementation of protocols for the synthesis of therapeutic antisense oligonucleotides. - Experience in chemistry and analytical chemistry (HPLC, UPLC, MS).
Skills: - Ability to communicate orally and in writing in French and English. - Ability to work independently under the direction of the project leader.

Work Context

Full-time position at RNAnoTher (INSERM U1326, CiNAM-CNRS UMR7325) headed by Dr Palma Rocchi, focusing on the development of mRNA-based drugs in the context of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC).
Facilities: office at RNAnoTher, computer, access to bibliographic and computational resources.

The position is located in a sector under the protection of scientific and technical potential (PPST), and therefore requires, in accordance with the regulations, that your arrival is authorized by the competent authority of the MESR.
