Develop and analyze a super-resolved image reconstruction code dedicated to fluorescence microscopy with unknown structured illumination.

Activities

-Study and improvement of fluorescence concentration estimation performance for biological applications.
-Reconstruction of super-resolved images at the interface between biology and image processing.

Work Context

The Institut de Biologie du Développement de Marseille (IBDM - UMR7288) located on the Luminy Campus, brings together approximately 240 people spread over 21 research teams and 11 technical and service platforms, and explores the field of Developmental Biology.
The activity will be carried out in the group "Architecture and dynamics of biological tissues" team led by Thomas LECUIT. As the team is composed of several nationalities, fluent English is mandatory
