Missions
Biological research engineer position. The person recruited will be entrusted with a project to characterize a new line of multicellular cells. In particular, he/she will be in charge of characterizing the proteome of these cells. He/she will also be involved in setting up a super-resolutive microscopy protocol: expansion microscopy on this cell model and on the embryo of the amphibian Xenopus laevis.

- Produce, analyze and validate data, interpret and communicate results

- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of biochemistry and cell biology

Contexte de travail
The engineer will be jointly supervised by Camille BOUTIN, CNRS research fellow, and Laurent KODJABACHIAN, head of the "Biology of Ciliated Epithelia" team at the Marseille Institute of Developmental Biology (IBDM). Located on the Luminy campus, IBDM employs around 240 permanent researchers, lecturers, engineers and technicians, as well as non-permanent staff on fixed-term contracts, post-docs, PhD students and trainees, spread over 21 research teams and 11 technical platforms and services. IBDM is a joint research unit under the supervision of CNRS and AMU, exploring the field of developmental biology and associated pathologies.
