Job Description
Missions
La personne devra en autonomie mettre en œuvre des techniques de microbiologie, de génétique bactérienne et de biologie moléculaire pour identifier chez E. coli les partenaires d’une protéine hétérologue d’intérêt, ainsi que pour rechercher un phénotype lié à sa production.
Activity
missions principales : - Génétique bactérienne
- Test interaction protéine-protéine in vivo
- Tests phénotypiques
- Maitrise d’approches transcriptomiques

L'ingénieur / l'ingénieure travaillera au sein du Laboratoire de Chimie Bactérienne situé dans le 9°arrondissement de Marseille. Le LCB compte environ 100 personnes et 13 équipes.
