Missions
The candidate will be responsible for the production of recombinant proteins and the analysis of autoantibody reactivity in patients with autoimmune kidney diseases.
Activités
- To produce different antigens in recombinant form
- To implement screening methods (ELISA, IP, WB, IF, etc.)
- To screen patient cohorts
- To develop molecular and cellular tests
- To analyze results, design experiments and validate data.
Compétences
- Solid training in molecular and cellular biology, protein engineering, recombinant production in prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems, screening of patient cohorts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organisational skills
- Rigorous approach
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology and immunology techniques is essential.
- Ability to use IT tools and software for data processing and results presentation.
Contexte de travail
The position is open as part of a research programme funded by ANR and other fundings. The successful candidate will work in the team "Molecular Pathophysiology of Phospholipases A2 and their Mediators", under the supervision of the team leader.
The IPMC is a multidisciplinary institute with approximately 250 staff members and more than 20 research teams.
The agent will be trained in the potential risks associated with the project by the manager upon arrival at the laboratory. The agent will also receive training for new entrants provided by the biological and chemical risk prevention assistants.
