The post-doctoral fellow will contribute to the collection of genetic and spatial data on red squirrels within the framework of the European project SCALED. He/she will analyze these genotypic data, from different Mediterranean landscapes, and those acquired before his/her arrival, in order to study the relative roles of landscape structure and composition on gene flow in this species. He/she will write up his/her results in the form of scientific articles, with the aim of publishing them in A-rank scientific journals. He/she will also present these results in one or more scientific conferences.

Work Context

This work will be carried out in the framework of the European project SCALED led by Cécile Albert.
The post-doc will work in close collaboration with Cécile Albert and Aurélie Coulon (CEFE & CESCO) and will be based at the CEFE.
