Contexte de travail
The “DNA Damage and Genome Instability” team, led by Dr. Vincent Pagès, is part of the “Genome Integrity” department within the CRCM. The team's goal is to understand the mechanisms of damaged DNA replication as well as the genetics of DNA damage tolerance pathways.
We use a technique that allows us to introduce a single lesion into the genome of a living cell (bacteria or yeast).
The candidate will work on the Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast model.
