The project focuses on tumour-stroma interactions and post-translational modifications influencing tumour biology. The candidate will work under the supervision of Frederic Bard and interact closely with proteomics, in vivo, and bioinformatics platforms.

Activités

- Perform proteomic profiling and glycoprotein analysis of pancreatic cancer models
- Conduct and manage in vivo experiments (murine models of PDAC)
- Investigate tumour-stroma interactions and microenvironment
- Analyze data using R and coordinate with bioinformatics specialists
- Mentor graduate and undergraduate students
- Participate in lab meetings, paper writing, and presentations
- Involvement in grant applications

Skills
- Doctorate in molecular biology, cancer biology, or related field
- At least 2 years of postdoctoral experience
- Strong expertise in proteomics (mass spectrometry-based techniques)
- Experience with in vivo models, particularly in pancreatic cancer
- Deep knowledge of tumour-stroma crosstalk and pancreatic tumour biology
- Proficiency in R for data analysis
- Student mentorship experience
