The recruited candidate will be part of the ANR PROVIRCAP team (coordinator: Laure Bereni), at IRISSO, under the scientific responsibility of Elise Penalva-Icher. This ANR programme studies "responsible capitalism" by focusing on the managers for CSR policies in large companies (https://anr.fr/Projet-ANR-20-CE26-0012). The recruited candidate will be involved in the preparation, execution and exploitation of the questionnaire with CSR managers (Goal: a sample of 500 completed questionnaires collected). He/she will also be involved in the processing and analysis of the database resulting from a webscraping of CVs carried out in spring 2021 (approximately 12,000 individuals). He/she will be involved in team meetings and seminars.
-Support for the coordination of the quantitative survey, with Elise Penalva-Icher
-Preparation, execution and exploitation of the questionnaire among CSR managers (Goal: a sample of 500 completed questionnaires collected), in collaboration with other members of the PROVIRCAP team.
-Processing and analysis of the database resulting from a CV webscraping carried out in spring 2021 (approximately 12,000 individuals).
-Participation in the communication and publication of the research results
Although this is a full-time position, the person recruited will have 20% of his/her working time to invest in the valorisation of his/her own research and applications for sustainable position.
-doctoral training in sociology, demography or economics
-mastering of R, SPSS or SAS software
-strong skills in econometrics, statistics or quantitative methods
-knowledge of the social sciences of companies, professions and/or work and/or CSR
-familiarity with working with large databases.
The consortium of the ANR PROVIRCAP programme is coordinated by Laure Bereni (CNRS-CMH) and brings together teacher-researchers and researchers from seven Joint Research Units: Pauline Barraud de Lagerie (University of Paris Dauphine-IRISSO), Élodie Béthoux (University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-PRINTEMPS), Anne Bory (University of Lille-CLERSÉ), Frédérique Déjean (University of Paris Dauphine-DRM) Thomas Depecker (INRAE-CMH), Sophie Dubuisson-Quellier (CNRS-CSO), Élise Penalva-Icher (Université Paris Dauphine-IRISSO) and Scarlett Salman (Université de Marne-la-Vallée-LISIS).

IRISSO is a CNRS Joint Research Unit, associated with the University Paris-Dauphine/PSL, which includes sociologists, political scientists and economists.
IRISSO currently gathers 103 members: 18 CNRS colleagues (11 CR, 5 DR, 1/2 IE), 9 PR, 20 MCF, and 6 CR from INRAE; 5 Post docs, 37 PhD students, 3 delegations and 5 administrative staff.
IRISSO's main research focus is on public and private regulations, their articulation and their transformation. IRISSO's work is developped in the fields of sociology of economic worlds and the analysis of public action.
The recruited cnadidate will work under the scientific responsibility of Elise Penalva-Icher, MCF HDR at the University of Paris Dauphine, member of IRISSO. He/she will have a workstation in a shared office.
