Job Description
Missions
The research engineer (M/F) will help manage experiments in humans for the BodySense platform, including designing, carrying out, analysing, and writing up investigations, as well as developing new methods for touch research..
Activity
The research engineer (M/F) will participate in various different facets of the ongoing experiments linked to the BodySense platform, including designing physiological and perceptual experiments, collecting data, analysing data, and making new tests to investigate the sense of touch in humans.
Your Profil
Skills
- Knowledge: Foundations of neuroscience, particularly in sensory neurophysiology
- Skills: Conducting electrophysiological and perceptual experiments in humans
- Personal qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, patience, and rigor
Your Work Environment
Within the BodySense platform at the CRPN, the person (M/F) will be responsible for running of the platform and the development of new functionalities.
