Job Description

Missions

Research in symplectic geometry, possibly in collaboration with the other members of the research group in the department. Presentation of own research work in the local seminars.

Activity

- Research.
- Exposition of own research work in the local research seminar.

Your Profil

Skills

- Knowledge of symplectic geometry, understood in a broad sense.
- Familiarity with foliation theory and/or Poisson geometry is welcome but not necessary.
- Capacity to work in team.

Your Work Environment

The researcher will be affiliated to the Laboratoire de Mathématiques Jean Leray at Nantes Université, in Nantes. The research team "Topologie, Géométrie et Algèbre" comprises of many permanent researchers in symplectic geometry: Baptiste Chantraine, Vincent Colin, Fabio Gironella, Stephane Guillermou, François Laudenbach, Rémi Leclercq.
