Missions
The objective of this postdoctoral contract, in collaboration with the startup IPA (Innovative Performance Analytics), is to conduct a state-of-the-art review of heart rate analysis methods and the handling of related artifacts. The project specifically aims to ensure the quality and robustness of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis by leveraging algorithms for anomaly detection, beat classification, and error correction, thus enabling reliable interpretation of physiological signals.
Activités
The main tasks of this postdoctoral position include
- a literature review on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis,
- a literature review on anomaly detection,
- code development, testing on real-world data from elite athletes,
- regular project meetings with the research team and the company IPA (Innovative Performance Analytics).
All of these activities are considered primary tasks. There are no secondary tasks.
Compétences
A PhD in mathematics is required, along with experience in programming with R and Python.
Contexte de travail
