Job Description
Missions
The Research Officer will be responsible for analysing and integrating the datasets generated within the different components of the project. In particular, they will investigate relationships between remote sensing data and the ecophysiological and metabolomic parameters obtained under controlled experimental conditions, and subsequently assess the relevance of these relationships using in situ data collected in Rennes and Toulouse. The position will contribute to the identification of indicators for a better characterization of urban vegetation functioning.
Activity
The Research Officer will contribute to the preparation, quality control and analysis of the different datasets. They will implement statistical and data analysis methods appropriate to the scientific questions addressed by the project and contribute to the interpretation of results in close collaboration with consortium members. They will participate in project meetings and scientific exchanges, as well as in knowledge dissemination activities, including the preparation of scientific presentations and publications. Particular attention will be paid to the documentation and reproducibility of the analytical workflows developed.
