Missions
Perform soft lithography in a clean room to fabricate microsystem for microfluidic devices used for environmental purposes
Activités
- Use of Soft llithography with negative resin to get mold
- fabrication NOA chip (microfluidic channel canal impermeable to gaz)
- fabrication of porous structures with hydrogel doped with nanoparticles
- caracterisation of the hydrogel structures thanks to fluorescence microscopy
- fabrication of 3D structure with a sub-micrométric 3D printer
Compétences
- knowledge of bachelor/master level in physics and chemistry
- Good observation and criticism skills.
- Eager to learn within a team of researchers
- Be able to be patient and show interest for the work on high precision apparatus
- dexterity, quietness (self-control) and manual precision are required
- be fluent (writing and oral) in English
-Other experiences in the industry, public labs, in clean room environment and in microtechnology will be a plus.
Contexte de travail
This work is founded by the ANR Inflow that aim to better understand the fate of polluant within the porous structure of soils. Within this frame our team develops reactive porous media based on microfluidic approaches. The goal is to find solutions to measure chemical reaction in situ thanks to fluorescence imaging.
