The researcher will be responsible for developing a chemical library of ruthenium complexes containing novel ancillary carbene ligands. These new catalysts will then be evaluated by continuous flow olefin metathesis for the production of molecular building blocks of interest.


- Development of a chemical library of ruthenium complexes containing novel ancillary carbene ligands.
-Evaluation of catalytic performances in olefin metathesis in continuous flow -Application in the production of molecular bricks of interest.


-Strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in organic synthesis and organometallic catalysis
-Experience in continuous flow synthesis would be an advantage
-Practical experience of analytical methods (NMR, MS, HPLC)
-Good level of English proficiency (understood, spoken and written)
-Scientific writing skills (reports, articles, etc.)
-Team spirit and collaborative predisposition
-Motivational strength and hardworking character
