Job Description
Missions
In the context of developing additive manufacturing technologies, the project linked to this recruitment aims—based on numerical simulations—to characterize the impact of manufacturing defects on the behaviour of the resulting material.
The recruited individual will be responsible for performing nonlinear numerical simulations on synthetic 3D images of microstructures typical of the process. The goal is to analyze the results of these simulations to assess the impact of defect presence on the properties of the obtained material.
Activity
The core activity will involve conducting numerical simulations and developing post-processing methods to extract the desired information from the results.
