Missions

As part of an innovation project linked to the dissemination of the research product "Trajectoire Eau et Territoire", coordinate the various components of the tool's development and deployment, in collaboration with local stakeholders.

Activités

- Lead a consortium bringing together academic and non-academic partners, and support the establishment of a structure to ensure long-term collaboration between scientists and local stakeholders.
- Coordinate various developments (participatory facilitation, modelling, landscape representation), ensure their integration into the tool 'Trajectoire Eau et Territoire", and document the tool's evolution.
- Propose an evolution of the tool's facilitation approach on a pilot territory, incorporating technical updates and drawing inspiration from citizens' convention methods.
- Experiment with new engagement and facilitation techniques.
- Propose extensions to the tool focusing on water quality issues, and coordinate the teams involved in these developments.

Compétences

- Proficiency with the tool "Trajectoire Eau et Territoire" (facilitation and adaptation)
- In-depth knowledge of water sciences
- Experience in hydrological modelling and foresight approaches
- Familiarity with facilitation techniques
- Proven experience in implementing participatory science approaches
- Experience in conducting and analysing sociological surveys
- Experience in coordinating projects involving both academic and non-academic partners

Contexte de travail

The research will take place at the Géosciences Rennes laboratory, within the Water and Territory team. This team embraces an interdisciplinary approach to address the challenges posed by the increasing vulnerability of water resources in the context of the Anthropocene. Its objective is to understand the mechanisms and interactions among the various components of socio-eco-hydrosystems, through a science–society interface, with the aim of developing sustainable solutions.
