Missions
Arynes are highly reactive molecules with applications in various fields such as pharmaceuticals and advanced materials. However, their instability makes them difficult to handle. This project aims to develop a new synthetic methodology based on two innovative technologies: electrosynthesis and continuous-flow microreactors.
Activités
- Optimization of reaction conditions in batch (optimization, mechanistic study, scope)
- Development of continuous-flow process
- Purification of the obtained compounds (silica gel chromatography, recrystallization, etc.)
- Analysis and characterization of products (NMR, GC, MS, IR, HPLC, etc.)
- Writing publications
- Literature survey
Compétences
Highly motivated organic chemist (M/F) with excellent knowledge in organic chemistry, electrosynthesis, methodological development, and spectroscopy (NMR, IR, MS). Skills in flow chemistry or photochemistry will be an asset.
The candidate should also demonstrate:
- good interpersonal skills
- a strong sense of initiative
- autonomy
- good organizational skills
- strong communication abilities
