The priority areas of analysis will focus on:
- analysis of the abundance and diversity of pollinators in the various grassland habitats in connection with the floral traits calculated at the community level;
- the relationships between diversity of flowering plants and pollinators and environmental variables;
- the relationships between the abundance and diversity of pollinators and the ecosystem services evaluated in Surpas.
The laboratory experiment will focus on the extraction of pollen collected from different grassland species (centrifugation, dilution, etc.) and the counting of pollen grains under a microscope.
