The engineer will be recruited within the framework of a research and development program associating manufacturers, a Technical Center and a University laboratory. The main objective of this program will be to develop a process for the production of industrial lignins from industrial liquors. The lignins obtained will be characterized as completely as possible in order to adapt them to specific uses. The engineer will participate in all steps of the process and in particular in the physico-chemical characterization.


The agent's activities will cover:
- the development of experimental plans to optimize the different phases of the process
- the production of lignin
- physico-chemical analysis of the lignin produced


Expected skills:
- mastery of molecular analysis techniques
- mastery of macromolecular analysis techniques
-Mastery of computer tools
- writing of study report

Desired skills:
- chemistry of biobased polymers
-lignin chemistry
-physical and chemical analyzes of lignin
-knowledge of optimization methods such as design of experiments

Work Context

The main activity will be on the LCPO site in Pessac. Regular missions will be carried out on production sites 100 kilometers away from the LCPO.
