Job Description
Missions
Conduct fundamental research in the field of theoretical chemistry of strongly correlated materials. The successful candidate will develop and implement computer simulation methods to study the electronic and magnetic properties of these systems. They will perform high-performance computing, analyze the results, and contribute to the development of new theoretical models to better understand emerging phenomena in strongly correlated materials.

Your Work Environment
The recruited individual will work at the Laboratoire de Chimie et Physique Quantiques (LCPQ), located at 116 Route de Narbonne in Toulouse. The LCPQ is a research laboratory dedicated to the development of theoretical and numerical methods for the study of molecular systems and materials. Its activities rely on quantum modeling and high-performance computing to understand the fundamental properties of matter and predict new phenomena.
