Job Description
Missions
Study of low-dimensional quantum systems of cold atoms with long-range interactions to model cold-atom qubit experiments. Research conducted as part of the QubitAF project
Activity
Development of a theoretical framework for interacting open quantum systems.
Participation in consortium meetings
Writing scientific articles
Presentation of results in conferences
Your Profil
Skills
Excellent theoretical knowledge of interacting bosonic systems and open quantum systems. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Your Work Environment
The LPMMC is a joint physics research unit that brings together a range of theoretical expertise, supported by the University of Grenoble Alpes and the CNRS (UMR 5493). Originally dedicated to computational physics, it now focuses primarily on theoretical condensed matter physics and quantum physics. The laboratory is located at the CNRS site in Grenoble. The start date can be either 1 June 2026 or 15 June 2026
