Your Profil

Skills

This position requires technical expertise in scientific instrumentation, combined with methodological rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary research environments. The candidate must demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully carry out the tasks assigned to them, while collaborating with the researchers and technicians involved in the project. In this context, the following skills are expected:

- Proficiency in field-specific software: being able to use computer tools and technical software specific to the equipment to ensure reliable, fast, and compliant data processing or operations.

Your Work Environment

In the PEPR DIADEM “NACRE” project, we determine the chemical structure of bimetallic nanoparticles—that is, whether the metals form alloys or segregate. Once the ground state is known, we study how this structure changes in response to a reactive environment. Among other experimental characterization approaches, we use plasmonic spectroscopy on nanostructured samples. The AI will be supervised by a CNRS researcher at the Institut Lumière Matière and will also collaborate with other project participants in Lyon, notably at Matéis at INSA Lyon.
