Missions
The Project Manager will be the operational coordinator of a survey community for the AUVI programme, winner of the wave 2 call for projects 'Autonomy: Ageing and disability situations', funded for 5 years (2024-2029) by the ANR as part of the France 2030 Priority Research Programme (PPR).
The programme is developing a national survey conducted by various local teams. These teams, made up of a dozen or so people with disabilities, professionals and researchers, working with various institutional partners, aim to investigate independent living as a human right, using a participatory approach and a variety of methodological tools. Part-time position (50%)
Activités
The project manager is responsible for providing methodological support to a team. This support will consist of:
-Supporting the participatory survey,
-Training with the survey co-learning kit,
- facilitating the organisation of meetings, proposing tools for formalising discussions and the analyses produced from the material collected (minutes, summary, presentation), supporting the facilitation of discussions.
In addition, the team will be responsible for: -producing the various analyses, providing methodological support according to the chosen method, and formatting the monograph by living environment.
Compétences
- Doctorate in law, humanities and social sciences
- Knowledge, interest and experience in the field of international human rights law,
- Able to work independently,
- Reactive,
- Drafting skills,
- Good interpersonal skills with the various stakeholders,
- Sensitivity to participatory issues,
- Ability to mobilise and lead.
- Fluency in Pack Office, Resanna and other digital collaborative tools essential, fluency in English desirable.
Contexte de travail
The position reports to the AUVI project manager, Benoît Eyraud, MCF (Max Weber Centre).
