Missions

The post-doc will provide scientific assistance with the finalisation of the 'Joint Research Community' project and assistance with batch 1 of the AUVI programme, winner of the wave 2 call for projects 'Autonomy: Ageing and disability situations', funded for 5 years (2024-2029) by the ANR as part of the France 2030 Priority Research Programme (PPR). He/she will be responsible for designing and piloting methods for analysing relevant existing data, creating methodologies for gathering new data, and proposing theoretically informed analysis for academic and non-academic stakeholders.

Activités

Scientific assistance for the co-piloting of the AUVI project, in particular its intervention batches
o Production of the data management plan
o Support for the production of a co-learning kit on participatory human rights enquiry and the management of the MOOC ; collective appropriation of the protocol and its follow-up, in particular the editorial follow-up of the formatting of the accounts,
o Support for the coordination of local co-investigation teams throughout France, made up of researchers, professionals and people directly concerned by disability (motor, sensory, psychological, cognitive, intellectual, etc.). ).
o Support for the production of articles
-o Support for the organisation of forums (seminars, forums)
o Support for dialogue days (seminars and workshops)
o Preparation of the 2026 confcap.

Compétences

Candidates should ideally have a degree in human and social sciences or law (doctorate in human sciences, sociology, social psychology, disability law, human rights, etc.), with experience in coordinating participatory and inter/transdisciplinary scientific projects.
They must be able to work as part of a team and show initiative and autonomy.
Minimum level of education required: doctorate.

Contexte de travail

Reporting to the AUVI project manager, Benoît Eyraud.
Based in Lyon at the Max Weber Centre, a general sociology laboratory with 4 sites: 3 in Lyon and 1 in Saint-Etienne.
Extensive interaction with ASC Capdroits.
Teleworking possible. Bimonthly national travel required.
