The Charles Gerhardt Institute Montpellier (UMR 5253) is a multidisciplinary research laboratory comprising five departments and nearly 500 staff members. The ICGM contributes to the development of chemical research with the aim of creating and characterizing complex materials with functionalities that have a significant societal impact, particularly in the fields of health, the environment, and energy.
Mastery of the entire skill set in the development of complex materials favorably positions the ICGM's research activities not only in Montpellier but also nationally and internationally.
