Missions
Development of new tools for super-resolution microscopy analysis of protein-protein interactions on specific target genes in Drosophila
Activités
Activities will be divided as follows:
- Experimental laboratory work (30%)
- Acquisition and imaging work (50%)
- Analysis and compilation of results (10%)
- Bibliographic research and reporting (20%)

Contexte de travail
The work will be carried out within the "Ontogenesis and Molecular Interactions" team led by Mr. Samir Merabet. The team is located at the Institut de Génomique Fonctionnelle de Lyon (IGFL), headed by Mr. F. Leulier, and comprises approximately 120 people (website: https://igfl.ens-lyon.fr/). The individual will report to the team leader (currently composed of 9 members).
The individual will interact with all team members involved in projects using Drosophila. They will also interact with the heads of the various structures used either within the IGFL or within the site's technological platforms (particularly the PLATIM imaging platform at SFR Biosciences).
Contraintes et risques
On-call duty on weekends (1 hour) depending on current experience.
