The "cancer cell signalling" team aims at understanding how deregulation of oncogenic kinases promotes epithelial cancer invasion and use this information to develop novel points of therapeutic intervention. The aim of the proposed project aims at deciphering an important mechanism of oncogenic kinase regulation by its unstructured region.

The candidate will address this novel mechanism by combining a novel synthetic library screening approach with NMR, phosphoproteomic and optogenetic methods.

Highly motivated young postdoc with a high profile in cell and molecular biology. Experience in cell signalling, cancer biology and genomic library screening will be seen as a plus. An ability to interact socially and scientifically in a multidisciplinary environment will be required. Previous work experience and publication record will be considered as an important element during the selection process.

Work Context

this research project will be developed at CRBM in strong collaboration with the BioNMR lab from the Barcelona University together with cell biology, proteomic and bioinformatics groups from CNRS/INSERM.
