Missions
As part of the ANR NORPRO project, the postdoctoral researcher will conduct research on gamete donation. Their tasks will include:
Establishing a literature review on the use of third-party donor-assisted reproduction
Collecting field data (observations, interviews)
Writing scientific articles in collaboration with the project researchers and individually
Participating in the dissemination of results through summaries on the dedicated website.

Write scientific publications and contribute to the scientific and public dissemination of the research project's results
Participate in the activities and life of the laboratory (seminars, conferences, workshops, etc.)
Skills
Hold a PhD at the time of submitting the application
Have experience in team work
Master qualitative techniques
Knowledge of the hospital environment and the anthropology of health
Have worked in the fields of sociology or anthropology of kinship, personhood, reproduction, or health
Work Context
The UMR 5193 Lisst laboratory, under the supervision of CNRS, University of Toulouse 2 Jean-Jaurès, and EHESS, is launching a call for applications for an 18-month postdoctoral contract starting in December 2024. The selected candidate will have a shared office in this building. The candidate may also undertake missions in locations to be determined later.
The project should align with the ANR NORPRO program (https://anr.fr/Projet-ANR-22-CE41-0001), which aims to study ethical and reproductive dilemmas in France. Within the framework of the NorPro project, the candidate will work on the process of selecting gamete donors.
