Missions
We are searching a postdoctoral researcher who works with us on the ANR project entitled “AROSE - Assessing the functions of histone ADP-ribosylation during DNA repair”.
Activités
The aim of the project is to study the effect of histone ADP-ribosylation on chromatin organization by in vitro approaches using reconstituted chromatin. The recruited person will purify the proteins required for in vitro chromatin assembly and histone ADP-ribosylation. Analyses are mainly carried out using fluorescence microscopy and transmission electron microscopy methods on reconstituted chromatin.
