Missions
The research will focus on understanding the role of retinoic acid signaling in cardiac valve development and regeneration using the zebrafish model.
Activités
• Develop transgenic and mutant models
• Analyze cardiovascular phenotypes
• Analyze images and other data
• Optimize induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) protocols
• Disseminate and enhance research findings
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Compétences
• Expertise in iPSCs
• Know-how on genetic data analysis
• Experience with the zebrafish model is a plus
Contexte de travail
This project is part of an international consortium integrating data from zebrafish, mice, and humans. Our contribution will focus on zebrafish development and regeneration, as well as human induced pluripotent stem cells, to investigate the role of this signaling pathway in cell fate. The work will be carried out at the Centre for Integrative Biology (CBI-MCD) in Toulouse.
