Missions

The recruited researcher will take part in the ACDC project focused on the development of new organic photocatalytic processes. The main missions will include investigating the reaction mechanisms involved in photo-induced cross-dehydrogenative coupling processes, characterizing reactive intermediates, and contributing to the optimization of the chemical transformations developed within the project.

Activités

Carry out research in physical organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms.
Perform photoluminescence experiments and time-resolved spectroscopic studies.
Conduct kinetic studies and mechanistic investigations.
Analyze and interpret experimental data in close collaboration with project partners.
Contribute to scientific reporting, publications, and dissemination of results.

Compétences

Strong background in organic chemistry or physical chemistry.
Knowledge of photochemistry, catalysis, or radical chemistry is an asset.
Experience with spectroscopic techniques and kinetic analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
Scientific rigor, autonomy, and strong analytical skills.

Contexte de travail

The position is part of a nationally funded collaborative research project involving several academic partners. The work will be carried out within the LHFA laboratory, offering a dynamic scientific environment with strong interdisciplinary interactions and regular exchanges with other consortium teams.
