Activities
The candidate will join Patrick Bron's team (Multi-scale structural biology), where she/he will do a structural characterization of both viruses by cryo eletron microscopy - single particle analysis and by cryo electron tomography - sub tomogram averaging. This work is carried out in collaboration with Stephane Blanc's team at BGPI (Biologie et Génétique des Interactions Plantes – Parasites, Inrae, Montpellier).
