Job Description
Missions
A characteristic of living cells is their metabolism, which involves the recovery of energy to produce molecules from resources available in their environment. Among the molecules to be produced, proteins are fundamental, and their production requires an energy input. The aim is to incorporate basic metabolic modules into vesicles for the bioproduction of proteins. These vesicles will then function as synthetic cells dedicated to bioproduction.

Screening of experimental conditions using microfluidics
Control of light energy recovery to power biochemical processes for in vitro protein production.
Your Work Environment
The work will be carried out at the CRPP as part of the PEPR stellar project led by Christophe Danelon in Toulouse. Collaboration with project partners is expected, and the ability to interact effectively with partners with a range of skills is valued.
Constraints and risks
Business travel is to be expected (visits to laboratories, attending consortium meetings, attending conferences, etc.)
