Missions

As part of an industrial collaboration, the candidate will develop and use microfluidic tools for screening microorganism libraries. The goal of the project is to identify in a library, microorganisms having improved catalytic activities compared to the variants already identified. The project will deal with the set up of the experimental conditions of the screens (enzymatic tests, fluidic systems, recovery of hits) and with the screenings of the libraries of variants.
