Missions
As a part of the ANR COORDinSCFs 2023-27 program, the researcher's mission (for 12 months, renewable twice for 12 months) will be to study new methods for the synthesis and post-synthetic treatments of coordination polymers using supercritical fluids such as CO2 and NH3. The unexplored frontier between coordination chemistry and supercritical fluids offers unprecedented opportunities for easily and efficiently synthesising new intercalated and exfoliated materials with optimised properties.
Activités
- molecular chemistry synthesis (organic and coordination chemistry) - intercalation and exfoliation chemistry
- synthesis in supercritical media
- structural and spectroscopic characterisation
- magnetic and thermodynamic studies and interpretations
- drafting of associated scientific articles
Compétences
- have a PhD in chemical sciences
- excellent expertise in chemistry
- master chemical techniques in a controlled atmosphere
- master the usual characterisations of materials (X-ray diffraction, spectroscopies) - have knowledge of magnetism
- fluency in English (oral and written comprehension and expression)
Contexte de travail
