Preparation of new composite coating materials for glass solar control.


-Synthesis and characterizations of new nanocomposites thin film or electrochromic (EC) devices by chemical process deposition.
-Supervision of trainees.
-Publication writing in English or French.


-He/she should have a recent (less than 2 years) Ph.D. degree in the field of colloidal science or inorganic chemistry.
-We especially welcome self-motivated individuals with strong backgrounds in the colloidal chemistry and/or EC devices.
-He/she must be able to take the communication in English and French, both written and spoken. Japanese language will be appreciated.
-He/she should live in Japan for at least 3 months and should have a working research visa valid for the period

Work Context

-The Laboratory for Innovative Key Materials and Structure (LINK) is 1st international chemistry laboratory created in 2014 in Japan at tsukuba by CNRS. Such joint laboratory aims at representing an innovative collaboration model between two academic, NIMS and CNRS, and one industrial partners, Saint-Gobain.
-He/she will be a member of the collaborative partnership ANR CLIMATE.
Work Place: National Institute for Materials Science, Namiki site (Tsukuba-city, Ibaraki, JAPAN)

Constraints and risks

-Short periods of travel within Japan and abroad should be expected
-Supply followed by CNRS regulations (in Euros and in Bank in France)
