Contexte de travail
The European Ecotron of Montpellier is a cutting-edge research facility operated by CNRS (UAR3248; www.ecotron.cnrs.fr), dedicated to experimental ecology. It provides the national and international scientific community with state-of-the-art facilities to investigate how environmental conditions influence ecosystem functioning and biodiversity. The available facilities are unique in their ability to (i) simultaneously control environmental conditions and (ii) automatically and continuously measure multiple response variables related to ecosystem functioning.
The Montpellier Ecotron unit consists of three experimental facilities, an analytical platform, and ten staff members. It is located on the Baillarguet campus in Montferrier-sur-Lez, 5 km north of Montpellier.
