Missions

The recruited agent will play a crucial role in steering and administering the PEPR MoleculArXiv. He/She will serve as an advisor to the program director and lead the implementation of strategic governance directions within the context of the "Molecular Storage" research theme. This role involves actively participating in supervising and organizing various facets of the project, with a focus on scientific aspects and administrative leadership. They must have a comprehensive understanding of the program's scientific advancements, ensuring the animation and cohesion of research efforts in the molecular data storage theme.
Primarily, as a key member of the governance team, the recruited agent will contribute to developing and implementing the strategies of the PEPR MoleculArXiv program. This includes involvement in strategic planning, identifying short and long-term goals, and regularly evaluating progress towards these objectives. Additionally, the recruited agent will be involved in the daily administrative management of the project, coordinating team members' activities, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, and ensuring necessary resources are available to carry out project phases.
Lastly, the recruited agent will be responsible for ensuring that various initiatives and projects targeted under the PEPR MoleculArXiv are successfully executed within the specified timelines and adhere to scientific quality and ethical standards. This involves proactively managing potential risks and encountered obstacles, as well as strategically adapting to changes in the scientific and technological landscape.
The recruited agent will also have direct involvement in the targeted projects within MoleculArXiv, where he/she will apply his/her scientific expertise to specific issues. As a team member, he/she will actively participate in identifying and selecting these issues, ensuring alignment with the program's overall objectives and leveraging his/her scientific expertise. He/She will play a key role in their development and execution, including experimental design, data analysis, result interpretation, and contributing to the drafting of reports or scientific articles associated with these projects.

Activities

As a member of the governance team, the recruited agent will propose and lead the implementation of the strategic orientations of the PEPR MoleculArXiv program. Reporting directly to the Program Director of the PEPR MoleculArXiv, the agent responsible for the administration and management of PEPR MoleculArXiv will have the following main activities:

• In terms of contributing to the development of the PEPR strategy:
o Participate in discussions, strategy development, and decision-making within the PEPR governance.
o Develop and implement the master plan for the governance team.
o Advise the scientific team in implementing cross-cutting projects and monitoring their work plans.
o Represent the governance team to various stakeholders.

• In terms of steering and implementing the strategy:
o Serve as the interface with funders and engage in exchanges with partners.
o Ensure compliance with PEPR program deadlines.
o Prepare, monitor, and update management tools necessary for project management (procedural guide, website with collaborative space, etc.).
o Implement internal communication actions (mailings, intranet, etc.) and external communication (prepare communication content, coordinate website, newsletter, etc.).
o Organize and facilitate project meetings, conferences, and workshops, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
o Organize the collection of indicators and coordinate the drafting of activity reports.
o Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, and submission of financial reports in collaboration with other partners.
o Monitor contractual documents (amendments) in relation to CNRS regional delegations and other partners.
o Provide regular reporting to the head of CNRS Informatics National Programs, the lead structure of the PEPR.

Work Context

You will be integrated into the administrative team of CNRS Informatics and will work closely with the financial and valorization departments. Additionally, you will collaborate with the National Programs Mission (MiPN) of CNRS, which coordinates all the PEPRs of the institution.

The position is located in a sector under the protection of scientific and technical potential (PPST), and therefore requires, in accordance with the regulations, that your arrival is authorized by the competent authority of the MESR.
