Job Description
Missions
Analysis of a mouse model of pancreatic cancer induced by autophagy regulation. Set up and develop methods for the analysis of biological samples using proteomics.
Activity
Optimise methods for analysis of animal samples
Set up conditions and procedures to validate observations
Control de progress of results obtained from all analyses
Follow and update bibliography related to the project
Report mathodologies used and results obtained
Evaluate the biological significance of the identified molecules
Transfert the knowledge obtained to laboratory members
Your Profil
Skills
• Biology (deep knowlegde )
• Technical skills (deep knowlegde)
• OMICs analysis (good knowlegde
• Genetic methods (genotyping, IHC,…)
• Biological /biochemistry methods (Cell culture , Western-blot, Immunoprecipitation, etc.)
• Professional risks
• English level : B1 à B2
